Western Wisconsin Energy Explores Plant Sale

The Board of Directors of Western Wisconsin Energy has been exploring options and strategies for their business over the last several months. Western Wisconsin hired Ascendant Partners to assist in gathering facts and data to give the board a clearer understanding of those options. Based on the information provide by Ascendant Partners, the Board determined that the most advantageous option for the members is to sell the plant.
